These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ads-report application ("the App") and the website bvelvi.com (collectively, "the Services"), operated by Guangzhou Kaihao Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The App integrates with the TikTok Marketing API to retrieve advertising performance data from TikTok advertising accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and generates reports and analyses for your internal business use. The Services are provided to the entity or individual who registers or authorizes access ("you").
You agree NOT to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) access data of advertising accounts you are not authorized to manage; (c) resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw data retrieved via the Services to third parties; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, design, and content, excluding your own data) belong to Guangzhou Kaihao Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors. "Bvelvi" and related marks are trademarks of Guangzhou Kaihao Technology Co., Ltd. TikTok and related marks are trademarks of TikTok entities; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports generated are a substitute for your own business judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guangzhou Kaihao Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your authorization to access API data will be revoked and retained data deleted upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent people's court in the place where we are domiciled.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
